Our services include individual counseling for adults and teens. Our clients enjoy our authentic and real approach, and you can expect to feel like you’re talking to a real person that gets it.
All are welcome in our practice, and our goal is to work with you and collaborate on what healing looks like in the context of your background and identity. We especially welcome those looking for a therapist that gets what it’s like to navigate this world while also dealing with having a marginalized identity.

SCHEDULING / FEES

$180 for the initial individual intake session (60 minutes)

$150 for each individual therapy session (55 minutes)

$300 for the initial couples’ intake session (60 minutes)

$200 for each couples’ counseling (55 minutes)

$100 per hour for LMSW clinical supervision
ONLINE VIRTUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSION
In many cases, making it to the office is challenging. At this current time, We only provide virtual sessions using a HIPAA-compliant platform called Google Meet and Therapy Notes. With telemedicine (teletherapy), you can attend sessions from your home, office, or any other confidential location with an internet connection. I find that many individuals enjoy the convenience of scheduling sessions around their schedule without the hassle of traveling, and traffic.
INSURANCE
We are currently in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Johns Hopkins(EHP) & Cigna plans. We are an “out of network provider” for other insurance plans. We are happy to provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. For more detailed information regarding insurance please review the FAQ section.
No Surprise Act (GFE)
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.​
Please refer to your intake packet for specific information regarding your right to a Good Faith Estimate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless there is an unavoidable, unforeseen emergency (i.e. car accident, hospitalization, house fire) you will be charged $150 if you fail to show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. This includes first appointments. You must agree to the cancellation policy if you wish to be a client.
