Janelle has been working in administration for over 10 years in both government and higher education settings. She has a BA in Government & Politics and a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has recently returned to the Baltimore area after living abroad in Ghana for four years. There she saw the benefits of a strong cultural identity and community connection, but a continued lack of mental health focus in black populations globally. She hopes to use her administrative expertise to support the Trap Team as they create thriving, resilient, and vibrant communities one client at a time.
