These are all common fears people have when seeking therapy, but it is time to end these fears—mental health matters tremendously, especially for Black and Brown people. People are healing through therapy and going after the life they want. Why shouldn't you? It can feel scary to unearth the things you've buried deep, but you deserve to be happy and healthy.

ABOUT DANIELLEE

Hello, I'm Danielle. I am a Licensed Master's Social Worker located in Maryland. I have over 15 years of experience providing support, uplifting children and families, and meeting the needs of adults and youth.

My approach to therapy is not traditional. I offer real-world solutions based on scientific/evidence-based theories and spiritual awareness to help you grow as a person. I utilize the techniques of cognitive behavior therapy to meet you where you are in life. My goal is to help you navigate life one step at a time, even when things don't always go according to plan.

 

As your therapist, I will partner with you to remove the hurdles that stand in the way of you and your Best Self. You deserve a life that is Golden, and I look forward to working with you to achieve it!! Whether you're looking to understand yourself and relationships better, heal from your past, manage stress, discuss your trauma, or seek a weekly support system, I'm here for you.
