Hello, my name is Latashia, but you can call me Tasha. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the DMV. Over the past decade, I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, and families on various issues, including anxiety, depression, behavior issues, family dynamics, self-esteem, communication, academic concerns, relationship stress, problem-solving, and recovering from traumatic events. I strive to create an environment where clients feel empowered and supported along their journey of self-discovery. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy while creating space for the client to explore the connection between life experiences, meaning, and identified strengths to accomplish treatment goals. I am here to assist if you are looking for someone who will listen without judgment, challenge your thinking, and offer supportive counseling. Feel free to send us an email to schedule an appointment.
